The lady at the check in counter was hospitable and very cute. they surprised us with balloons, cake, and chocolates because it was our anniversary. the premium lounge staff provided super service. i felt really welcomed. It was a great gesture.
We were there during peak season. It was expensive. i was told a free upgrade would be offered next stay. I do not think that will happen.

The reception staff arranged cakes and balloons to help celebrate my wedding anniversary and my husband's 50th birthday. Naresh Kumar in housekeeping always greeted us every morning and left us towel animals. The choice of restaurants and bars on site was perfect, and the food was excellent. amazing staff, all inclusive package
